With the collaboration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the consular department of the Dominican Republic and the Central Electoral Board to comply with the rights of Dominican citizens abroad and at the same time to improve our operations therein Citizens have an auxiliary office on behalf of the JCE at the facilities of the Dominican General Consulate in Toronto.

IMPORTANT NOTE
All documents of Canadian origin (in this particular case Long Form Birth Certificate) that will be used in the Dominican Republic must first be passed through Global Affairs Canada, to the offices Official Document Services (Only for the Province of Ontario), at 222 Jarvis Street West, downtown Toronto, and then to our offices to be legalized and translated.
